An Approach that Works
I offer a holistic approach to healing that incorporates talk therapy, mindfulness and sensory awareness; you’ll practice using your breath to slow down and make space for reflection and being present; this is the place where change takes hold. Slowing down allows you to notice your thoughts and how your body processes stress. You will learn how to intervene when triggers arise. Our journey will enable you to identify beliefs that often get in the way of change; you’ll learn to assess what’s fact and what’s fiction.
